As part of its ongoing commitment to supporting the arts and artists in San Francisco, Cooper, White & Cooper has recently purchased six works from San Francisco artists participating inĀ Open Studios 2012.
SF Open Studios is one of the oldest and largest open studios programs in the country, featuring one month of weekends covering several areas of the City including the Mission, Hayes Valley, South of Market, Fort Mason, and Hunters Point Shipyard, with over 900 artists. The event connects working artists in the community with art enthusiasts, allowing artists to show their works to those who would otherwise not have an opportunity to see their works outside a gallery. CWC is pleased to support local artists through its Open Studios purchases.
Cooper’s recent purchases are by the following local artists:
- John Fox Haag
- Michele King
- Kristin Kyono
- Katja Leibenath
- Lucky Rapp
